The case placed here is that of a terminally ill cancer patient, 60 year old John P who joined a clinical centre and therapeutic group initially to overcome his emotional problems following the discovery of his life threatening illness. John P was then recommended to a psychotherapist who practiced person centered humanistic approaches and therapeutic sessions began after a first introductory visit by John p to the therapist's chamber. The client therapist mutual relationship soon developed as a bond and an attachment as John P revealed his inner fears, his emotional strengths and weaknesses and his general attitude towards life and death and reflected on his illness. The therapy continued to help John greatly as he found a confidante and a friend in the therapist and their mutual relationship strengthened as the therapist focused more on the humanistic approach and showed concerns about John's emotional and personal needs, his aspirations, and goals and what he wanted in life. The opportunity to share his thoughts and feelings with the therapist infused confidence in John P and the therapeutic sessions turn out to be advantageous for John especially during his end of life stage when he faces the prospect of rapid health deterioration due to his terminal illness. The focus however is the impact of the professional relationship which can even border on the personal, on the therapist who will live with the memories of the client and having developed an attachment or bond with the client may find it difficult to cope with the loss of daily interaction with the patient when John P dies or becomes incapable of attending sessions any further.

One method is, using three individual LEDs which producing the primary colours and then mixing them to produce the white light. Another method is, using the principle which is using in fluorescent lights, a phosphor material is used to convert light from UV or blue LED to white light. The luminous efficiency of blue/UV chip and the conversion efficiency of phosphorous determine the efficiency of white LED. Luminous efficiency is highly influenced by temperature and current. Efficiency of LEDs fall with the increasing current. This effect is called droop. When operating temperature increases from 327K to 380K, the luminous efficiency dropped by 20%. When the temperature is rising, the radiation at the potential decreases which eventually cause a decrease in luminous efficiency. When operating current rises from 0mA to 350mA, the luminous efficiency of LED tend to be decreased by 35%. When current increases, more and more non-stable electrons diffuse out of potential well, thus decreasing the luminous efficiency. We can improve the luminous efficiency of a LED by improving the heat dissipation efficiency and increasing the width of potential well. Working condition of a LED should be under limited temperature and moderate current. The heat generated in the LED, reduces the efficiency of lighting performance. A good packing technology is the way to solve the heat dissipation problem. But developing a heat dissipation technology for reducing the LEDs working temperature is a real challenge. The efficiency and reliability of an LED depends on the thermal dissipation of an LED, because the heat generated in the junction affect the performance and effective operation of LED. LED efficiency can be improved by LED packaging. But, we need to over come the challenges facing in packaging stage to reach the desired efficiency. Though the government have tried to ban the use, manufacture or distribution of plastic bags but in vain, non-profitable organizations (like the Greenwich), though by June 2007 the after the Greenwich filed its lawsuit against use of plastic bags, the government banned the use, distribution and manufacturing of plastic bags, but all was in vain to today(Monitor newspaper April 2009). Plastic bags less than 30 mirrors were banned but parliament didnt pass the law to implement the ban. Instead the manufacturers have increased the size of the plastic bags to 31 morons which is a big threat. Greenwich investigators June 2010). Suffocation , plastic bags not only cause life threat to animals in Uganda but also children who without supervision can easily suffocate on these plastic bags, some children play a lot where plastics bags are dumped ,(According to environmental law alliance cot 201 0),this is very threatening issue caused by the use of plastic bags and hence this should be approached by the government Of Uganda as a matter of urgency to protect its citizens. Laws should be put in place to ban the use ,distribution of plastic bags in Uganda as soon as possible. More so plastic bags have caused pollution to the environment in Uganda more than anything else, measures should be taken to end the use of plastic bags given the disadvantages they pose to the citizens of Uganda. Fumes, since plastic bags cant be destroyed the only way to get rid of them is by burning them which causes fumes to the environment which is a danger as while. (According to the environmental law alliance group of lancers June 2009). This causes to the degrading of the environment violating the rights of the citizens to live in a healthy environment free from pollution. Though the Uganda parliament tried to cut funds to the ministry of water and environment, if they didnt encourage the ban of plastic bags, but still no law was put in place to end the use of plastic bags. More so they have made the city to be more untidy than before so this should be attacked as a issue of urgency in Uganda. (ganglands daily newspaper article peg 6 Feb. 2010). In conclusion given the many dangers caused by the use ,distribution of plastic bags in Uganda, they should encourage proper use of plastic bags and recycling and the re-use of all plastics to protect the environment and the tizzies of Uganda. Therefore the government should pass a law to ban the use or distribution of plastics and encourage the use Of paper bags which are not a danger to environment and the citizens of Uganda. The government should also ban the manufacturing of these plastic bags and encourage the use of bags which are less than AD mirrors. Shopping bags should be encouraged too since you can reuse it as many times as you want unlike plastic bags, so I believe plastic bags should be banned in Uganda and be approached with such urgency for the wellbeing of the citizens of Uganda.

Whether or not we were actually on vacation, his pronouncement would signify that financial caution was being thrown to the wind in service of whimsy and pure fun. Doors opened wide and anything seemed possible in those moments. I inherited my father’s sense of vacation-induced freedom. On a recent trip to Portland, I watched myself not only making unusual purchases, but also engaging in activities that I might not otherwise entertain. I got up early my first day to go hiking by myself in the rain. I bought food from food carts. I drove 2 hours to spend one night at Breitenbush Hot Springs. I bought a chocolate blackberry tart at a famous bakery. I chased sunsets. Although I also kept up with my work schedule, my mindset was definitely one of being on vacation. Beginner’s Mind When I returned home to Madison, I kept my sense of adventure with me. While I certainly won’t do this every day, I bought a treat from a well-known bakery a few blocks from my house that I had never before patronized. I tried out a restaurant I’ve been wanting to go to for many months, and that I have passed by literally hundreds of times in the last 7 years. It’s like I came back home with a â€Å"beginner’s mind,† ready to discover the new in the familiar of my life. To name a few, some of my strengths are concentration, motivation, and selecting main ideas, however, my weak areas such as information processing, study aids, and time management all were right on target. I’ve always had problems with studying something that I did not understand, therefore it would frustrate me and I would not spend much time on it. In addition to that I am a full time general manager at a restaurant and it is very demanding, working long hours and then trying to come home and study, I am forced to cram my school work in on my off days because I am very tired. I really feel that if I do not come up with better time management skills and stop cramming my work that my short-term problem academically will be that I turn in below average assignments or not even meet deadlines. My long-term problem will be that I fail my class and lose my financial aid, so I will definitely put more effort into a solution. My problem is time-management and the three solutions that I have researched and think would be a good fit for me are 1. Blocks of study times and breaks.
